Why the name Sylvia Paul?

Sylvia and Paul are the names of the founder’s parents. They came from Ghana to London in the 80’s, worked extremely hard and built their mini empire in a foreign land.

This story is similar to many African and Caribbean men and women of that generation, and this brand pays homage to them; to their work ethic, their persistence, and their courage.

Let us always remember, that we are built like Sylvia and Paul.
